Capable of casting parts from 0.093 to 0.750 in. hybrid, 0.090 to 0.50 in. plaster and 0.187 in. and above sand mold wall thickness. Plaster mold casting tolerance ranges from +/-0.010 to +/-0.037 in. and no bake sand casting tolerance ranges from +/-0.020 to +/-0.044 in. Features include thin wall, sandblasting, heat treated and surface finishes. Additional services such as assembly, inspection, cleaning, calibration and testing provided. Prototype and low to high volume production runs offered.
